Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor biomotor yang mempengaruhi performa atlet atletik Sumatra Utara pada pelatihan daerah jangka panjang untuk pon 2024.penelitian ini menggunakan Principal Componen Analisys (PCA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat empat komponen utama biomotor utama yaitu Komponen utama nomer 1 yang berkontribusi adalah daya ledak otot tungkai, daya ledak otot lengan, tinggi badan, Komponen utama nomer 2 yang berkontribusi adalah IMT dan berat badan, Komponen utama nomer 3 yang berkontribusi adalah kelentukan, Komponen utama nomer 4 yang berkontribusi adalah core tes atau kekuatan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu agar pelatih lebih meningkatkan lagi latihan untuk daya tahan dan kecepatan, karena kedua komponen biomotor tersebut sangat penting untuk atlit atletik nomor lari jarak jauh dan lari sprint.
